I came across this website that I thought you all might be interested in. This maybe old news to many of you but I just found it so I thought I would share.
Hopefully this gives you some ideas for when you come to Presidency planning meetings or BYC you have a few things that you want to do and know others were successful at doing it too and are prepared to share!
